Have you ever heard a song, then it was stuck in your head? One of our 6th grade "Buddies" asked us to listen to 3 songs, then we got to dance and listen to them. Yes...one of them got stuck in our head! We can't wait to visit her experiment on the day of the STEAM fair to see what her experiment is all about.
The Pre-K class will be presenting the "Nursery Rhymes" at the next school wide Community Meeting in April. A show you do not want to miss! : )
So much excitement on St. Patrick's Day! We had 17 turkey's... hens & Tom's on our playground during Morning Care. We watched them from the preschool window.
The leprechaun left a card in Ms. Lynn's classroom, saying that he left us some golden Hershey kisses. We all found one and enjoyed eating it. Then we found another note in our classroom. This time he left us a "golden" snack to share with Ms. Lynn's class, as well as Ms. Anita's class. Today, was a busy day for us. We attended the school wide Community Circle. We watched as the kindergarten-1st grade sang songs that they have been learning, about the continents and then they presented a few projects that they have been working on.
We found out that kindergarten is a lot like Pre-kindergarten. They do have longer special times, like with Mr. David (for Dance & Movement). We also got to do Art with Mrs. L in the afternoon (usually we have rest time). |
